Can I make temporary reservations, holding a room until the client confirms?

A Provisional reservation would be one where you haven’t taken any money. Make a reservation in the normal way, but click Provisional. The main screen shows you a list of all your provisionals at all times, so you can decide when they have become stale. When it’s confirmed, open the reservation details, click Accept and you will be passed to the payment receipt screen. The reservation is now confirmed.
