Yes. One of the fields in the online submission process is Special Requests. When entering submissions into the Online Submission System, submitters may indicate special scheduling requests, such as desired times and dates, or times when submitters are unavailable. AERA will make every effort to take the special requests into consideration during scheduling. Due to the large number of sessions and scheduling complexity, AERA cannot guarantee that all requests can be honored.
