Yes, you can! Once you sign up you will have your account number and PIN and can start making calls right away. You will also receive a PennyTalk card in the mail in about 7 days. Please note: Your full balance will be available for calls usually within one business day. You will have at least $3.00 balance available for calls until your credit card payment is verified. You will receive an e-mail notice when verification is complete.
