Yes, you can pay bills not presented on BillJunction, provided the Payee is registered with us, and has been selected by you to receive payments through us. All service providers registered with us have been classified as either Billers or Payees. Billers will provide your bill details online and accept payment of your bills through us. Payees accept payment of your bills through us, but do not present your bill details online.
