Can i make my own liquid plant food using finished tomato plants?

Bad idea. Tomatoes are one garden plant that should not be composted. Too much risk in spreading diseases. There’s nothing in the plant itself that will be helpful for making a liquid fertilizer for your plants. It has a great potential for doing a lot more harm than good. If you want to make your own liquid fertilizer, use comfrey leaves or stinging nettle. Be prepared; it’s gonna stink like something died. It’s really not something you want to make now and store all winter to use next year. Make it next year and use it next year.
