You will have to see a lawyer to have a court order one. You will probably have to pay but can get the judge to order one. If you can get her to let you sign the birth paper work then you can go though the state and they will actually make her have one if you request it if she tries to get child support. If its not your child she may have to pay for the test. A lawyer can help you more. It may be paper work you can take care of on your own if you cant afford a attorney to fight. yes you can. just take her to court or file a petition. It better for you to get it when the baby is first born because one you won’t have doubt about it. secondly she won’t be able to play this game oh the baby is or isn’t as a way to mess with your emotions. No matter where you relationship is at when the baby is born make sure you do this because what may seem good now is not later. And good job trying to be a man and take care of your responsibility and not repeating the cycle of your life.
I would suggest for u to talk to her in a very nice way, preggy woman is very sensitive. If she told u that u r the baby daddy, and then took it back u totally have all the rights to get paternity when the baby comes out. If she doesn’t wanna do it, u can file a request for paternity and custody at the family court. But u know what?
