A. Yes, as long as the “Transfer From” and “Transfer To” Project Task Awards (PTA) are the same. Attach an addendum to the Cost Transfer form. The addendum should include the same information requested in Section B – Labor Distribution Adjustment (LDA) on the Cost Transfer form.
