Can i make italian salad dressing with white balsamic vinegar?

Combine vinegar, oil and 2 tablespoons of the mix when you want to make the dressing. Editor’s Note: Playing with the vinegar can be fun. White vinegar, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar all work well. The dry mix can also make a good rub for chicken.
