Can I make cream of coconut into a yogurt-like thickness?
Yes and No to the cream of Tater. Yes you can make coconut cream thick by making a custard with it (1C coconut cream, 1C sugar, 5 eggs) mixed, heated and baked (20 min. at 350) in a shallow dish till the center is just jigglie. Second way is if you have vanilla pudding use the coconut cream in stead of milk.
