You may make changes to your award travel itinerary online, at an airport or city ticket office, or by calling the WorldPerks Service Center. Changes made at a Northwest airport or city office, or through Northwest reservations will require a US$50 WorldPerks administrative fee per person, per ticket. Reduced fee options exist for WorldPerks members to make award ticket changes to E-Tickets on nwa.com/asia. Platinum Elite members are exempt from most fees.
