Yes, you can make calls to 000 from your iiTalk service. However, if your broadband connection is disconnected or your VoIP modem is not working, you can’t make any VoIP calls, including to 000. If your VoIP is suspended due to late account payment or otherwise, you can still make calls to 000 (and iiNet support).
