No, this program is only for feral, free roaming, or barn cats. Pet or personal cats or stray cats that have been living in your house do not qualify. There are other community resources for these cats. You can call your local veterinary office or Operation PETS: The Spay/Neuter Clinic of WNY (716)783-8998 for an appointment to have the cat examined and spayed/neutered. You must qualify as low income to have the cat spayed/neutered at Operation PETS.
