Can I make a windchime from crystals?
Crystals are made of an extremely high quality form of glass. If crystals touch each other, they will chip and break each other. They do make lovely sounds when they bump, but you will soon learn that this is the sound of crystals getting hurt. Crystals are suitable for creations in which they do not touch other crystals. Crystals are best if they never touch anything at all, just hanging suspended in free space in the air. So, we’re sorry to say, they are not a good choice for making windchimes.
