Can I make a skateboard grind rail out of aluminum?
Depends how heavy the aluminum is, if its a think peaice of tubing then it should be ok about 1/16 or 1/8 of an inch think is plenty the only thing is aluminum gets nicks in it easily just so you know most trucks are made of aluminum, I use either wood or steel, steal works good if you can weld but more than likly you can’t so use wood and wax it up to make it slick, pvc pipe works also and is cheap.
