Can I make a reservation without payment by fax, phone or mail and bring the payment to the meeting?
Any registration that is received without payment is considered a reservation only . The payment deadlines are still in effect. For example, if there are two tiers of payment — $500 before August 1 and $700 after August 1 — you will be charged the $700 fee if you do not pay until after August 1, even if you’ve faxed registration prior to August 1. Meeting registration fees cannot be guaranteed without payment.
