Can i make a petition against school uniforms?
I’ve found that www.PetitionOnline.com is a good resource for creating and hosting a free on-line petition. In fact, I currently have one up there trying to stop mandatory uniforms in my school district. That said, remember that it is still the adults that you will need to convince to eliminate uniforms at your school. I’m sure they had good reasons for putting the uniform policy in place; however, I’ve found that many of these reasons don’t stand up to scrutiny. Your best bet in opposing a school uniform policy would be to create some fact based arguments that show uniforms are unnecessary, and then use those arguments to start bringing adults over to your cause.
