You can but it’s going to be difficult to insulate, wire, and plumb this to code. Basically, you’re going to have to build a new interior structure to hold everything. In the end, all you’re getting is outside siding out of the deal, and you’re stuck with what’s now a funny shaped interior, a flat roof that still needs something done with it, an ugly shape, and everything will be super difficult to do, now, instead of easy. Yes, it can be done, but it’s too much easier to build from scratch instead. Save your money, and live in a tent while you build your real house.
