Can I make a certicall from an international location?
Yes. Our system will recognize the phone number of the telephone used to make the call. If it does not match your designated primary phone number on record with us, you will be prompted to enter your primary phone number and phone PIN. Once verified, you will be able to make a certicall just as you would normally do. While there is no additional charge on our part in accepting a call originating from outside the United States, international call rates charged by your phone service provider may apply.
