Can I maintain Termite accounts as well as Pest Control accounts in ProServe II ?
YES, ProServe II is designed to setup each customer as a single Billing Account (accounts receivable) with un-limited Service Accounts under that one account. This allows you to manage all types of services for each customer. So both termite type services and general pest control can be setup under the same account. You can use the Department file to separate different types of services to help manage your company as well.
