Can I mail or fax my registration to Wild Iris Medical Education instead of registering online?
Yes. After completing the Course Evaluation, you will have the option to choose to continue registering online or to register by mail or fax. Click “Register offline by mail or fax”, complete the registration form, and mail or fax it to Wild Iris. Instructions are provided on the form. It’s important to understand that when you register by mail or fax, we will process your registration at no additional charge. We deliver your certificate by e-mailing your Certificate Web Address to you, for you to print at your convenience. A $5 production and delivery fee is added to the cost of the course if you want Wild Iris to print your certificate and mail or fax it to you instead of receiving a registration confirmation by e-mail and printing the certificate from your own computer. If you want to register by mail or fax but your printer is not working, or you do not have a printer, please contact our Customer Service department at 707-937-0518 (PST).
