Can i lose weight by eating 500 calories a day with little exercise?
Yeah you can lose weight that way. After three or four days your metabolism will slow down and you’ll feel pretty crappy and tired, but you will lose weight. Make sure you drink lots of water. Losing weight this way is not healthy. It better to lose weight by reving up your metabolism through eating small, regular, healthy meals and getting proper exercise (strength and cardio). I know a lady who lost 40 lbs on the Atkins diet (a low carb, high protein diet) and she’s now off the diet and has not put weight back on. If you go on a drastic diet, when you resume regular eating patterns, be very careful how you eat. You might be tempted to totally binge, and you’ll quickly put all the weight back on. Not good!!!
