Can I lose 20 pounds in 1 month on this plan?
It’s really bad for your body to lose so much in so little time. The most you should be losing is 3 lbs every 2 weeks unless you’re obese and under the guidance of doctors and trainers. If you lose more than that over the specified period of time, it is 80% more likely it will all come back. I suggest you use the exercise plan, but maybe go veggie instead of vegan.
