Can I look at the planning history file for an existing building?
We can retrieve files from the archives so you can come in and view them at the Town Planning Advice Centre; it is not permitted for files to be taken away. This service is free of charge, but you will need to request the file at least four working days before you want to come in and look at it. You can do this by phone, fax, email, letter, or by dropping in to the Town Planning Advice Centre in person.
