A. Yes. The supplementary Cardholder may load funds onto the Card in the same way the primary Cardholder loads the Card (i.e. through a bill payment). However, all funds loaded on the Card will be accessible simultaneously by both the primary and any supplementary Cardholders. You cannot load funds by cash.
