You can live with your boyfriend without marrying him. If you sign a marriage license he will be your husband, so yes you can live with him. Then again, if you are under age, then no you can not just sign a marriage license to live with him. You need your parents permission. Doesn’t matter how old he is. It matters how old you are. If you are under age, you can not sign the marriage license without your parents permission. Once you sign that marriage license you are legally married to him. He will no longer be your boyfriend. He will be your husband.
