Can I live outside of College and/or commute to Oxford?

You are not required to live in college accommodation and students are welcome to rent private accommodation. It is also possible for you to commute to Oxford. However the University of Oxford’s policy stipulates that students will not be allowed to reside/commute beyond a distance of 25 miles from their college and you will need permission from your college if you choose this option. Please bear in mind that MBA students are frequently involved in group work during evenings and weekends and students living outside Oxford could find this a disadvantage. Colleges also have the advantage of offering printing and library facilities.
