Residence Halls are open over the spring break and closed for winter and summer breaks. Students are required to vacate at the end of the spring semester. There is housing available to those students moving out of the Residence Halls over the summer in our on-campus apartments. Suites are open over the spring and winter breaks and closed summer breaks (there are optional spaces in the suites available to students over the summer). All other Students living in the Suites are required to vacate at the end of the spring semester. Apartment contracts run through Fall, Spring and Summer. Students who do not reserve their same space for the upcoming semester(s) will be required to vacate at the end of the summer semester. Apartment Residents cannot terminate their housing contracts over the summer.
