No. The only recorded sessions that are eligible for CEUs are those that include a way of proving you have listened to and interacted with the entire session, such as recorded teleclasses from the NSGCD. Recorded conference sessions do not offer a way of proving you have listened to the entire session, and also do not offer proof of attendance/completion.
