Can I list my site under different categories?
Yes – We automatically allow you up to 3 categories. • I have 2 sites, is it still just one membership? Answer: No – Each site is advertised separately, but we do give your 2nd site membership for 1/2 price! • Should non-tourism sites join? Answer: Yes – We get almost 1/5 of our traffic from local area folks. They may be looking for you also! • What about other search engines like Google.com? Answer: You should make every attempt to get listed with the large search engines. It’s an on-going chore and you’re mixed in with many, many different and competing businesses, but almost all visibility is good for your website & business. The problem with the big search engines is that they try to give the viewer links to EVERY site related to their search… hence they have thousands and sometimes even millions of links to wade through. It’s a whole lot easier to find a fish in a small pond than it is to locate that same fish in a giant ocean full of similar fish. • What about other banner ads
