Can I link my CellML model to ontologies, constrained vocabularies or other web resources?
Yes. CellML Metadata allows modellers to link CellML elements to URIs defining resources, including constrained vocabularies, ontologies etc. An OWL serialisation of CellML is under development, which will allow linking of OWL representations of both CellML elements and metadata constructs to resources, providing much more flexibility than the current scheme.
