A. Yes & No. Although we have seen it done, we do not recommend this. A “feisty” fish can shake itself off. We encourage anglers to lift the fish to the surface of the livewell by using the floating rope, but to then be “fish-friendly” and LIP BY HAND! Especially when lifting that very active prize Smallmouth!
