Can I lift and move lily of the valley and if so when?
i have moved lily of the valley at various times the only time its not been successful was when they were in full flower just dig a clump up and gently prize the roots apart till you have the size you want replant and water well , they do seem to like shade as well as full sun i have them growing under trees though they are spreading so well they are becoming a bit of a nuisance especially when they appear between the slabs in the path
