Can I leave windows and doors open while my air conditioning system is operating?
Windows and doors can be left open, although it is not a good idea if you are trying to heat or cool your room. When you are trying to cool down a room, it is recommended to close all windows, curtains and blinds throughout the hottest part of the day. If you practice this it will help to keep your house cooler and your air conditioner will benefit from not having to work as hard to achieve the target temperature.
