No. You will only be allowed to leave the United States from certain designated ports. These include certain international airports, seaports and land border crossings into Canada and Mexico. This list is available on the Internet at www.INS.usdoj.gov, and from the National Customer Service Center (1-800-375-5283 or TTY 1-800-767-1833 for the hearing impaired). Please consult this listing when planning your travel as newly designated ports may be added by Federal Register notice at any time.
