You can make a reservation and purchase the ticket later on the pages for Germany, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Chile, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Greece, Holland, Israel, Mexico, Portugal, Switzerland and Uruguay. Remember that if you make a reservation without purchasing the ticket, you have a 24 hours (until 23:59h tomorrow) to issue your ticket.
