Can I leave a Counselling Studies MSc Programme without completing the whole master’s degree?

0

Each Counselling Studies MSc programme consists of blocks of credits which build up sequentially to complete the MSc. This allows students to exit at different stages or to suspend studies and return at a later date. Typically an MSc is composed of three blocks: a Postgraduate Certificate of 60 credits; a Post Graduate Diploma of 60 credits; and an MSc Dissertation of 60 credits. Whether on the professional training programme or the taught masters programme, students may exit with a Postgraduate Certificate or a Postgraduate Diploma. They may also be able to transfer between MSc programmes at particular stages. Students wishing to undertake an MSc Dissertation must have received an average mark of 50 for their previous course work.
