Can I learn Hapkido and test for 1st Degree Black Belt on video?

Yes. If you learn Hapkido from DVD or video instruction. You may submit video of yourself performing the techniques with a partner for review. Grandmaster Jessee will personally review your submission for grading. If you pass, you will be notified by email and allowed to submit a rank advancement request.There is a small fee of $40.00 for each review and there is a one grade per review rule. If you do not pass the grading the first time and need further training when you are ready to submit the retest you will not be charged a fee. You will pay only once per grade regardless of how many times you retake the belt test.
