Can I lay the wood flooring straight on the marble or tile surface?
Yes. First of all we conduct a Site Survey where we ensure the marble, tile or concrete surface is leveled appropriately. Our floors are mostly floating on top of the existing flooring. The boards are locked together with Kährs patented Woodloc system. The Woodloc® does not just mean that the floor can be installed quickly and efficiently. It also guarantees that the floor stays flat and that gaps will never appear between the planks. The fact is that the Woodloc® joint retains its strength throughout the floor’s lifetime.
