Can I keep my assigned Woosh number, once my existing phone number has been transferred to Woosh?
When your number is transferred, this will replace your temporary assigned Woosh phone number. If you have two phone numbers transferred to two Woosh phone numbers you will need to decide which number should go onto Woosh line 1 and Woosh line 2. A Woosh Customer Services Representative will contact you if this is the case. In the case that you have given out your temporary Woosh-allocated number(s) to contacts, Woosh will offer a free forwarding service of calls from your temporary assigned Woosh number(s) for 90 days. This means that any calls made to your Woosh number(s) will be forwarded to your actual connected phone line(s) (transferred number(s)). This service will applied to your account automatically at the change over time.
