Can I just wear a wedding ring, without the engagement ring?
DEFINITELY! Actually, it is only a recent trend to wear both! For decades, brides stopped wearing the engagement ring once married…as a matter of fact, I don’t think engagement rings were even considered a necessity for engagement. But, I would talk this over with your fiance- he may love the ring on your finger and be disappointed that you are considering not wearing it everyday forever. If he does mind- than go together to a jeweler who can show you a wide range of bands. Either they will have something that can work with your engagement ring (you never know until you ask) OR they may be able to steer you toward trading your ring for a set that does work together.
