Yes and no! If you go in to Routes One Stop Shop in Frome we should be able to offer you advice straight away. Unfortunately we do not have staffing at our other premises which enable us to offer immediate support – most of our workers will be out and about in Mendip helping young people. To overcome this and to make sure that our services are accessible to young people across Mendip we use referral agents to put you in touch with our support schemes. Referral agents are either in public places which are easy to get to or they are services which young people are already involved with.
