Can I just order Projuva without signing up for the autoship program?
You can purchase Projuva at full price without signing up for the Projuva Skin Care Club or the autoship program. If you take advantage of our buy 1 get 1 free offers, then you are automatically enrolled in the Club. It is easy to cancel your autoshipments with no extra charge by logging onto your account and clicking the order history tab. Go into the Club Auto Shipment History option and click the Remove Club Autoship button. You may also send us an e-mail us to cancel your account, but please note that if you send us an e-mail with your request to cancel, it may take up to 72 hours for our Customer Service team to process your request. We recommend customers to cancel their auto-ship memberships themselves so the request is processed immediately. This will ensure preemption of unplanned shipments.
