Can I just glue on a guitar strap button on a ukulele?
Cherylc, Drill it. I wouldn’t glue anything to my ukulele. If you’re afraid you’ll mess it up by drilling have a friend help you. Here’s another idea. What size ukulele do you have? If you have a soprano or concert go to the local kraft store a buy yourself a little plastic picture hanging clip. http://cableorganizer.com/hooks/ CL-17026 You can put the little cllip on the bottom of the ukulele. I tie a leather string loop to the bottom of my strap and slip it into the clip. It works and costs very little. And if you ever want to remove the clip all you have to do it grap it with a pair of pliers and pull. No problem and no marks.
