There are two ways you can exchange data between the ZINFI platform and your existing CRM. First, you can download data manually using an Excel format and upload to your existing system. If you are only going to use the portal for this campaign, then this is possibly the easiest thing for you to do. However, if you intend to use the ZINFI platform on a continuous basis, then we can integrate this portal to your existing CRM solution through a web services (XML) interface.
