• No. The CD only contains updated versions of certain files. To install the sampling software, you must contact us for assistance. Some files are only available directly from ASDE once you are authorized to run the software. I just installed ASDE Survey Sampler software and I am getting an error # 53. • An important security file that contains unique information about your company is missing. It is necessary for the software to run. ASDE provides this file to you when you first subscribe. You can obtain another copy by contacting ASDE. The progress bar is not moving and it looks like the program is not generating sample. • An important security file used by the software has expired. This is a normal security feature for our software and is renewed approximately every 60 days. Contact ASDE for more information.
