ZIP System roof is intended to replace the first layer in a two-layer or multi-layer underlayment system. Follow manufacturer’s suggested instructions when installing tile roofs. ZIP System roof is approved for hot mopping applications. A second layer of underlayment can be hot mopped to the ZIP System roof.
