Can I install PFM & PDS from the VCM DVD onto a Windows 98 PC?

No, the PFM & PDS installation may look as though it has completed successfully. But some required files do not get loaded properly. The VCM DVD will only install PFM & PDS onto Windows 2000 and Windows XP machines.
