Yes. However, it should be the same Visual WebGui development environment edition for different Visual Studio editions. For example, one can install Visual WebGui SDK 2.0 & 3.5 side by side on Visual Studio 2005 & 2008 accordingly (The same goes for Professional Studio 2.0 & 3.5).
