Can I install Kronotex in my mobile home/trailer?
Conditional yes; the sub-floor must be clean, smooth and level within our stated tolerance. Older mobile homes may not have a vapor barrier, you may have to pull the skirt to access under the structure to check and install a vapor barrier. If there’s a dirt crawl space underneath your mobile home you should cover it with plastic to keep moisture from rising up. A double wide can be wider than 25ft. Please remember to use a transition molding every 40ft in length and 25ft in width.
