A. Yes. Plastic laminate is an approved substrate for interior countertops with TA-390/391 Full Flex™ or TA-392/393 Super Flex™ provided the counter is structurally sound and level. To prepare the countertop surface, first chemically strip any sealers or finishes off of the surface, then lightly abrade, thoroughly rinse and let dry.
